Cap of 300 people in a venue at a time (for larger establishments with multiple dining venues, it is 300 per separate dining venue)
Register your business as COVID Safe
Employ a dedicated COVID Safe Hygiene Marshall (details can be found here)
Keep a digital record of sign-ins to your establishment or implement a digital check-in system
Ensure all patrons are signing in and providing their contact details such as name and number
Update your COVID Safety Plan in line with new restrictions
As a community we must ensure Hunter Valley Wine Country remains a COVID Safe Destination so we can continue to operate during these challenging times.
